Big, hot news for Lucifer fans was announced over on Lucifer’s Twitter account. “We know that more episode are what you truly desire. Season 5B arrives on Netflix May 28th,” the quote read. So, it seems that he is on his way back for the second half of season 5 very, very soon.
The wait won’t be a long one. The series has enjoyed a bit of Phoenix’s resurrection in its lifetime. The series originally, aired on Fox, was eventually abandon and picked up by Netflix thanks to the rabid fans. The series is set to end in its sixth season.
Lucifer’s synopsis goes like this:
The series focuses on Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis), a handsome and powerful angel who was cast out of Heaven for his betrayal. As the Devil, Lucifer tires of the millennia he’s spent being the Lord of Hell, punishing people.
Deadline, teased that there will be major shakeups in the second half of season 5. Characters will die, secrets will be revealed and it seems that there will finally be an answer to the ongoing shippers dream of a will they/won’t they situation between Lucifer and Chloe Decker.
