"Lacuna" is the first single of Lehnen’s first new album in nearly 6 years, to be released on Noise Appeal (EU) and Post.Recordings (US) later this year.

The song sets its protagonist against a starless night sky, left to their own devices. Painting their way across the universe in search of meaning, a way forward, a legacy and a message to leave behind, the song’s conclusion is as bleak as its instrumentation is brutal: try as you may, “every word will be forgotten”.
